At Escalade Sports, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
